Which side of the table I sit on
I do not own or invest in any factory, I do not buy and resell goods, and I accept no commission from suppliers. My fee is paid by the buyer and disclosed in full. That removes the usual incentive to inflate a factory price, and it means the shortlist you receive is ranked on fit, not on who pays me.
Experience
15 years in China sourcing and supply chain work. From 2011 to 2017 I ran the China procurement office of a Russia-focused trading company, handling exports to Russia with annual volume above 80 million RMB. Since then the work has covered 20+ markets across six regions.

| 04 | Order & production | Terms confirmed in writing, deposit released, production tracked against schedule. |
| 05 | Inspection & loading | Pre-shipment inspection, container loading supervision and document check before departure. |
| 06 | After shipment | Document follow-up and, where useful, repeat-order planning or a retainer arrangement. |
